In major cities across the country including Los Angeles the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is using billions of dollars in bank pledges to turn thousands of renters into homeowners.

NACA looks at credit history individually and doesn't base its decisions on your credit score as traditional lenders do.

One of the few requirements to get a loan with low rates and no closing costs is to demonstrate to NACA you can afford to pay the mortgage by putting some money away before you get a loan.

That money can be used by you later.

Other qualifications for NACA loan are:
You may not own other property, you must live in the home while you have the mortgage you obtained through NACA and you must attend a NACA homebuyer workshop, which is free.
