It's supposed to be exciting.....buying a dream home or selling your baby and getting your next dream home....Its escrow time and it should be like the day before christmas....getting excited knowing its a matter of days before you close the deal.
But then the phone rings and its your agent with bad news. "Well everything was going as planned but something came up." Your heart sinks a little but you don't know it yet but things are going to get worse and without an experienced agent what is about happen in the next few days this deal might be irrepairable and you will lose the houe deal and lose your deposit and inspection, appraisal and some real estate fees.
Loan problems, property issues coming out last minute,buyer spent part of the down payement,credit report problems suddenly popping up are just a few things that have happened in the past that have caused buyer to not get their dream home and end up losing their deposit and fees.
