"Pocket Listing"- this is real estate slang for properties that the realtor knows about that isnt listed.

Ever wonder how properties sell in one day? or several days?

This is how it works. A realtor has some open houses, seminars,and meetings in their community and people come up to them and talk about their property that they aren't sure if they should list yet or not. Successful realtors have quite a few people that just dont want to bothered by the other side of listing their property. Some are are high income clients that don't want to list their property. Celebrities and professional athletes also don't list their property. These and a few other types of clients look for realtors that have extensive experience in this niche in the business.

The realtor that has this experience also has available great deals at their fingertips. [more]. They would rather have an agent that has many listings in the area  that could discreetly promote their property.

This means that successful agents have these "pocket listings" ; many properties that they know are deals or competitively priced and exactly what you are looking for but are not listed.
