Eloan.com and Quickenloans.com bot advetise heavily 0 down and "interest only" loans as "New" or "exclusive", neither are true. Both loans have been around and you don't need ELoan's "excellent credit" to get them.
They both are great companies but we don't appreciate mortgage companies in general that mislead the public
